This is a delightful children's book that can serve as a valuable tool for parents to start conversations with their children about making safe choices and teach them to differentiate between "NO" actions, which are potentially dangerous, and "GO" actions that are safe, fun, and encouraged.
The author cleverly presents a series of contrasting scenarios where children are faced with choices that could either be dangerous or safe. The use of simple language makes this book ideal for early readers and the repetitive structure of the story ensures that children can anticipate the responses while enjoying the rhythmic flow of the story. Children will quickly pick up on the pattern, making it an interactive reading experience as they chime in with "NO, NO, NO " and "GO, GO, GO " while exploring the pages.
The books watercolor illustrations are colorful and simplistic drawings, seemingly crafted by a child, which adds an endearing touch to the story.
